The overhaul included replacing all the floors with rich, warm surfaces, introducing built-ins in the living room for both functionality and presence, and installing new marble tile on the kitchen floor that grounds the space with sophistication. A live-edge bar top brings organic texture and visual warmth, anchoring the social heart of the home.

One of the most striking changes is the reimagined staircase: modern glass railings with steel supports allow light to flow freely and connect the levels with clarity and openness. The overall palette and material selections were chosen to harmonize with the home’s midcentury roots while bringing a fresh, elevated sensibility.
