Austin Proper Residences

For our clients who had sold their previous home and possessions, the Austin Proper Condo became a fresh canvas for creating a warm, contemporary retreat layered with custom details and curated art. The 2,500-square-foot residence was furnished from top to bottom, with every piece of furniture, finish, and accessory selected to align with the building’s earthy, Kelly Wearstler–inspired aesthetic while also capturing the client’s desire for a masculine, art-infused home.

A custom-designed wine cellar was introduced to reflect the client’s passion for collecting fine wine, adding both function and drama to the interiors. The finished design balances sophistication with livability, transforming a blank apartment into a polished example of Austin luxury interior design.
