This 2,000-square-foot mid-century style home in Austin was reimagined through a comprehensive renovation that honored its 1971 character while updating it for modern living. The remodel redefined the home’s flow, creating a layout that feels more open, functional, and welcoming while preserving the spirit of mid-century design.

The kitchen was completely redesigned to support the clients’ love of cooking together, replacing the dated galley with a more spacious and collaborative environment. Bathrooms were fully renovated, materials were upgraded throughout, and new flooring gave the home a fresh foundation. Each choice was made to highlight clean lines, timeless finishes, and an easy connection between spaces, staying true to the home’s architectural roots.

The result is a residence that feels both stylish and practical, blending mid-century charm with contemporary comfort. Electra Remodel captures the essence of thoughtful Austin home design, transforming a once-limited house into a space that supports the rhythm of daily life while celebrating its distinctive history.
