Downtown Austin Loft

This project marked the first collaboration with a repeat client who was ready to begin a new chapter after divorce. He had rented a furnished downtown condo that felt dark, dated, and uninspired. To give it new life, the walls were repainted throughout and the bulky blackout curtains were removed, immediately opening the space and making it feel brighter and more inviting.

From there, the loft was layered with new furnishings, artwork, and lighting that reflected his personality and created a sense of home. Bold art pieces brought energy and individuality, while carefully chosen furnishings added both comfort and style.

The result is a rental that feels transformed, proving that even a temporary home can be elevated into a space full of character, warmth, and personal meaning.
