Jennifer Fisher is the founder and creative director of J.Fisher Interiors, an Austin-based studio guided by a simple belief: every space deserves a soul. With more than two decades of experience, she has established a reputation for crafting interiors that are refined, personal, and effortlessly livable — spaces that reflect the people who inhabit them as much as the materials that define them.
Design has always been in Jennifer’s soul. Raised around construction sites with a father and grandfathers who were contractors, she developed an early fascination with how homes take shape and how craftsmanship creates meaning. Her path into design wasn’t linear — she first built a career centered on people and experiences before returning to what had always been her calling: design.
In 2005, Jennifer began her professional design career in Los Angeles, training under legendary AD100 designers Waldo Fernandez and Madeline Stuart. There, she refined her eye for proportion, texture, and timeless composition while collaborating on high-end residential projects for discerning clientele. Those years shaped her perspective on luxury as something soulful — not sterile — and taught her to design with intuition, depth, and intent.
In 2014, she founded J.Fisher Interiors, bringing her distinctive aesthetic home to Austin. The studio’s work has been featured in Luxe Interiors + Design, Aspire Design + Home, and Austin Home, and is recognized by Architectural Digest as an approved designer. From layered Hill Country retreats to modern urban residences, every project is grounded in her philosophy that true luxury isn’t about perfection but presence — creating spaces with warmth, craftsmanship, and story.
Jennifer lives in Austin with her daughter and three dogs. Much like her work, her home is layered, soulful, and full of life — a reflection of the belief that inspired her career from the beginning: every space deserves a soul.
Originally from Piedras Negras, Mexico, Erika Libson brings architectural precision and creative warmth to every space she designs. A graduate of CEDIM (Monterrey School of Design), her work blends form and feeling — balancing structure, texture, and emotion in equal measure.
Erika’s design perspective was shaped by her time studying in Barcelona and her early years as a residential architectural designer and builder in Monterrey. Those experiences instilled a deep respect for craftsmanship, proportion, and the artistry of everyday living. Her cosmopolitan sensibility and thoughtful approach reflect J.Fisher Interiors’ belief that every space deserves a soul.
Guided by harmony and timelessness, Erika gravitates toward spaces that are quietly bold, layered, and enduring — each imbued with a sense of warmth and individuality. Her designs transcend trend, bringing a subtle sophistication that feels both grounded and inspired.
Now based in Austin, Erika lives with her husband, whom she married in October 2023, and their beloved chihuahua, Chloe. When she’s not designing, she finds inspiration in travel, nature, and the rhythm of everyday life — pursuits that continue to fuel her creativity and her love for beautiful, soulful spaces.
